Redirects in c pannel working intermitantly ??

i was hoping that someone could shed some light on an intermittant redirect problem i keep having ? maybe everyone is having !

i have my mail coming through the website in the normal way but the redirects keeps stopping working ?

This evening ive done a few test mails to see if they get forward automaticaly but they dont? i can only forward them buy actualy manualy forwarding them whilst inside the squirelmail e-mail client?

over the last few weeks ive placed up a few support requests and by the next morning the redirects seem to be working again ?

is there some underlying problem or is it nothing really to worry about ?

I'd say it's nothing to worry about. You'll probably find there has been some problem which makes cPanel lose the settings. I'm sure it will fix itself eventually .
