Regarding Support Ticket & Email Problems

Hello,
I'm posting this regarding the help from the Admin through ticketing support. I've already Reply to the Email 3rd time and it still saying that x10hosting have not receive any reply from me within 72 hours and my ticket being closed. ><"

I have checked on the Ticket of mine and i saw my own reply there, but none of the admin reply to me. Anything wrong?

My problem is, i can't send mail using my fateangel@o2angel.exofire.net

I can't use Outlook to check mail or Squirre mail to check it. I can't even use my phpBB to do notification. Anything wrong? Please check. Thank you.

Please CHECK On my REPLY. I already replying the 4th email now. You can check at my ticket status and their reply. I can see it myself of my own reply. I replying the 4th message regarding the same problem persists.
