is seems that i cant login to the support ticket system.
the username and password sent by the system cannot be used to login to the system.
system must be broken...
if the ticket can be migrated to my normal support account "hathehariken" i can login and interact directly.

can you please pass this information to Anna - the person who sent me a mail asking for this information with reference to Ticket ID UGV-352904
the invoice ID is xxxx fro USD 9.90
