: Regarding Suspension

Dear Friends,
actually i am getting again and again my hosting a/c suspended...I donn't know whats the reason because as per your requierments i need to login to my a/c just once in a month to keep it active...

but everyday when i miss to login, it gets suspended.
I guess its a bug and will be seeking for your serious help

Make sure you log on here, to the Forum, before you unsuspend yourself. cPanel and Account Panel do not count.

Unsuspending yourself before logging in will just cause the system to think you are inactive and put you back into the suspension queue

You need to login into the forums for a few minutes before unsuspending yourself. If you unsuspend yourself then log into the forums, it can add you back into the suspension que between unsuspending and logging in.
