Regarding the Change of password problem

Hi !

I tried to chage the password in my x10hosting account using passrod reset. http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd

When i change password here..it shows that it has been changed. but when i try to relogin in my account...it takes only old password....i wont accepts new password....

Can u plz help me in this aspect..............
