As long as you are monitoring it for malicious/illegal links it should be fine. The main thing to note though is you are held responsible for the links, so if you're not prepared or don't have the time to monitor what's being linked, you may find it suspended due to someone abusing it to redistribute malware, porn, or worse. If you're not going to monitor it, it's at your own risk.
