Register eu.org domain

Hello,

I'm trying to link lpinventory.eu.org to my website on x10hosting (bilp.elementfx.com)
When I add Parked domain, I have this error :

When I try to register on eu.org, it says :

How can I solve it ?

I have tried to make an addon domain instead of a parked domain, but it's impossible too.

Is there a problem with my account ?
