Register/Log ins?

Did you know what code for the Register? so the member register and before their going to other page they should log in? I can't find a code for that.. anyone want to help me? ^^

There are literally tens of thousands of examples and free scripts available through searching Google, just pick a few that have a feature set you want and try them out. Once you have found one you like, you can then adapt it to fit and work with your site in the way you want.
If you just want a quick setup for a membership based website, you could always try a CMS such as WordPress or a forum such as phpBB.
