I've been trying to register for a free hosting account for several days now. I opened a support ticket for this issue a few days ago. After I complete the registration process, verify my email account, and link the forum and hosting account, I get a system error "ERRT19021". I have tried recreating the account several times, yesterday I was able to create the account successfully (it said the account had been placed in the queue), but then when I navigated to the control pannel I get the same error again. The hosting and forum account seem to be linked correctly now, as I can signin to both. I'm posting this here, as I thought it might bring it to the attention of someone who can help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Second sentence in my original post: "I opened a support ticket for this issue a few days ago". I've been waiting for a response to that ticket for over 3 days now. I thought maybe posting in the support forum would expedite the support process, but it does not appear to be the case.

I tried recreating the account today and it seems to have processed correctly. When I go to the control panel link, I no longer get that error message. I have a queue number now as well: "10C085D". I hope my account is activated quickly, I want to get started building my site as soon as possible.

The control panel is showing error ERRT19021 again now. Still no response from support. I was just browsing around the forum and noticed a post that someone made saying they registered successfully today, so apparently the registration system is working, I was thinking the system might be failing. I guess there must be a lot of people experiencing issues. If that's not the case, then someone is really dropping the ball on support. I don't expect an immediate response, it's been four days now.

the error code means that your username already is in use. I don't think i can help you further with this. But i think a Sr AM can. Sorry that we could not reply to your ticket sooner, but that is because we needed to wait until a new system got online.

Thank you for that information. I was hoping to hear from someone that there was some sort of system update or error that caused the delayed response. I appreciate your empathy to my situation, my new subdomain name is pr3cis3 and I seem to be moving up in the queue now. Thanks again.

I'm trying to get on the add free server. I'm still having issues with this error. I was moving up in the queue nicely and then I got that error again. I tried signing up again with a different username this time, I had originally thought I was using a subdomain someone had already registered but apparently it's an already registered username. This should be handled by the system, I've had to attempt signup like 15 times now. I hope this solves the problem.

After waiting through the queue yet again, I'm now getting error ERRW11019. I'm thouroughly agrivated at this point, I've tried to signup and waited through the queue 20+ times literally. I would appreciate some one on one assistance, but it does not seem like that's a possibility. Hopefully i won't be another five days to find out what this error is so that I can fix it manually.

I was not able to resolve this error on my own. Staff created the account for me. I'm not sure if the problem is related to user input or the system, but I would think there's something wrong with the system.

Unfortunately, no one in this section can help you.

If you've made support tickets then I'm afraid my only solution to you is to WAIT. Things extremely backed up at the moment.

If you haven't made a support ticket then I suggest you get one in and wait also.

Sorry for the delays and I hope to see you around the forums!
