I'm having problems on registering. After i'm read 3 messeges, like: "PHP Messege", i'm received this error, and can't continue:

Why this?

Due to some countries that have caused Spam and other illegal activities towards our company and others, we have had to restrict access to those countries.

We do allow you to sign up, however. You must tell us what hosting package you are wanting, the sub-domain name, and if you have read and agree to our Terms of Service.
