Hi,
its been about 4 hours since Iv registered.... I have my welcome email but im still stuck on registration pending. This is awful! I know its free but comeon.... Iv been looking into other posts and it looks like its a common problem thats been going on for some time!
I dont know if I have to start again or do I wait for the system to catch up?
any advice would be greatful

If its gonna take too long then i would rather close the account and go somewhere else! I thought I would try the free service and if its good enough then I would pay but so far its no good and wouldnt recommend... I would say the level of service is good but I havent a reply yet and the ticket system doesnt even work... its got two sql errors!

well all i can say what a crappy experience! I wont be seeing this company ever again!! No help what so ever! the ticket system doesnt even work, and best of all the site isnt even up as its stuck in pending mode!
Like i said rubbish service overall my rating is 0 / 10 in all aspects!
Im going to feeyola. as they offer better service and is uk company also 24/7 support... within 5min I got a reply unlike this crap!
If they are good then I will be more than happy to give them my money!!
