Reistration Error ERRW11019

I figured I would start a new topic for this new error, since the other issue has apparently been solved (hopefully). Over the last five days I've tried to register at least 20 times and failed because of an unknown error. I found out from support today that the error was because the username I chose had already been taken. An error that should be handled by the signup process automatically. After waiting through the queue for the 20th time, I get a new error, error ERRW11019.

I've just had exactly the same thing happen - Does anyone have any ideas?
Edit:
Blah. Im now getting ERRS65061 coming up whenever I sign up. Would be useful to have a Help Page somewhere with all the error codes and what they mean?

I was not able to resolve this error on my own. Staff created the account for me. I'm not sure if the problem is related to user input or the system, but I would think there's something wrong with the system.
