It's not remote anymore. Your database is on the same server as your website. You need to use the mysql databases tool and phpmyadmin tool. The server name is localhost instead of www.lichkingmd.co.cc:3306

I am not saying that it is a scam website, but it really looks like it. It is exactly or almost the layout and content of the real skype account login page, and most of the links point to the actual skype website.

Actually, I believe that it is a scam site since the apostrophe character on the right side column is not displayed properly, which means that the real page was saved in an unknown encoding then displayed.
