Remote MySQL x10premium

So, I have a paid host from x10 premium. What is the correct mysql login information? I already have the wildcard "%" set for the access hosts. What I currently use to login to the mysql server is:

con = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:mysql://s2.x10premium.com:3306/sagescap_ipb","sagescap_ipb","password");

I've also tried the ip for the website. They connect, but connect very slowly sometimes, so I was wondering the correct one to use.
