Remote mysql

hello all
i had installed a programm for remote access to mysql
because my admin is too slow
but it cant connect
then i add my provider`s dns to allowed dns for mysql
but it still don`t connects

Remote MySQL is not allowed on Free Accounts, upgrade to paid if you want to use Remote MySQL.

It's not a cPanel limitation, it's an x10hosting limitation - cPanel supports it, and it's enabled for Paid users, however attempting to utilize it on free won't work because x10's firewall will block the connection unless it's coming from one of the free servers.

it is not cpanel limitations
but it will be good to se in the cpanel what is limited

That is one of the few things in cPanel that we have limitations on.
For the most part, everything that you see in cPanel is usable.
