Hi, I used to own a website called 'bornthiswayballtour.net' a year or so back which was bought and hosted with you's. Since it expired / ran out, I thought all my information is gone and a friend told me he found all my information under the WhoIS including my address etc.

If any can remove this information, I would be relieved if you can.
Thank you! Also I can't access User Control Panel since I think my account expired.

That domain name was registered through GoDaddy on 2013-08-12, not through x10hosting. It is currently hosted somewhere else.
Your posting IP shows New Zealand. The registrant for the domain lists Bangkok.
You are the current registrant for that domain and that is your information, you have to talk to GoDaddy. They are required to make the registration info public (you can use a proxy to hide the info, but that can cost nearly as much as the domain).
There is no Free Hosting Account linked to this Forum Account.
