Remove Domain

Can someone please remove the domain changingwindows.com from my account

The system does not show that domain associated with your account. Even the nameservers point elsewhere.
cPanel and Account Panel sometimes show old information.

Then why do I always get "Error Code: 1E9F63B0" ? It happens whenever I try to add changingwindows.com as my main domain.
