I have account from your server and I park a domain but may account was down
I ask this question and anna say When the account is terminated, which it will be sometime after the minimum time of 14 days has passed.
It mean my domain well remove from your server until 14 day?
please remove Because i need it

The termination process for accounts terminated due to zero tolerance TOS violations takes at least 14 days.
It could take much longer.
We do not expedite account deletions under these circumstances.

If you wish to use your domain names on another free hosting service, all you have to do is adjust the DNS nameserver settings at your domain registrar. x10hosting cannot hold you domains "hostage".
