Remove Suspension

My account was suspended because the account was inactive for 34 days. I was wondering if you can reactivate my account.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

then Go to hosting menu --> Suspensions. Click on Unsuspend Button.

There are a lot of problems with the move from Dallas --> Chicago.

1. cPanel username and domain?
2. How do you know it is suspended? Does it say so in the Account Panel?
3. Have you tried to unsuspend yourself using the Account Panel?

I looked in the hosting>suspension however I have not able to located the remove suspension button. The only thing i see is "Previous Suspension History Below is an ordered list of this hosting account's suspension history, ordered most recent to oldest suspension 2 ". In my account main page I am able to see that my forum account and hosting account are active however when I try my webpage I am not able to get it to work. My webpage is http://hunan.x10hosting.com

Your account is probably not reachable because it being moved or the servers are being updated.
