Remove Suspension

Please help me remove suspension on my account. I do not understand the reason for the suspension on the account I have been using since about one month now, because I did not remember posting/using any proxy recently. I would really appreciate your prompt and favourable consideration. Thanks in advance

The proxy is in note.php, and is a variation on the India Web Proxy we've been seeing on our servers. You cannot be unsuspended.
