How can I remove a domain?

You don't have any additional domains linked to your account, though.

I got the domain when I signed up.

You need to do that via the account panel at http://x10hosting.com/control.

Under the hosting section, there is an option at the bottom of the page to change the main domain. Due to some recent server issues, however, these requests are taking a while to process at the moment, so it could be sitting in the pending queue for a day or two.
