Removing paswword protection

Hi
I wanted to password protect some of my folders. So, just to check I enabled it on the cg-bin folder.
But now I want to remove the protection from that folder, but there is no option available to do that on the cpanel.
How do i do that?

That can be done by removing the password from the .htpasswds/public_html/cgi-bin folder. You would just delete the passwords in that file.


You will need to have it show "Hidden" files since that is a "." file.
