Renaming an Account

I renamed my account and everything worked fine except the Email addresses from my original account are still there. I'm not able to delete them in the Cpanel.

Original account: john.pcriot.com
New account: robocarp.pcriot.com

Can you help me remove the old address?

Seems to be a flaw in the system that has happened before.
Will escalate so an admin can handle.
But please be patient because they are quite busy with the Chopin migration.
