I would like to share with my answer to the different thread but vBulltine stops me i`d like to know why?

New forum users have some restrictions until they have made at least 10 posts. That is likely part of the problem.
Also, only forum users with higher ranks and privileges are allowed to reply to posts in free hosting support.

Folks accomplish that by being very active in the forums and making posts which others consider useful and helpful.
