A prestigious ISP MTNL was banned by xhostings. The ISP employs over 22,000 employees at high salaries and is owned by the government of India. It is more than 20 years old. I use this ISP. Its full name is Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. Can I get more details why this was banned?

Your question most likely will be answered on the support email of x10hosting if you are representing as a staff of that ISP.
If as a customer using that said ISP, it will just ignore and most likely suggest to use other ISP to access the x10hosting as they respond to my email regarding my ISP is block.

it may also be possible the ISP has performed unusual activity on x10 hosting and was blocked for that reason. (just saying)
