[Req][2200 pts] IRC install / setup

Requesting : Someone knowledgable to setup, customize and secure an IRC service.

Unless the person seting up has a different suggestion, I would be wanting to use UnrealIRCd.

I have experience setting up a Unreal server with services and stats. You can see it at irc.exchangecore.com (It may not work however as I am having full hard drive problems)

I've done it before, several times, have loads of experience with linux/unix command lines, and am an oper on a server somewhere else, so I know how these things work
