I need 1 professional blue/black template. It must have at least 4 buttons in the menu with a psd with them all (If its an image only)
It also must have a content box and a affiliate box. Exact specifications are below.
Specifications:
Must be either a blue or black temple. (or both)
Must contain a content box
Must contain a affiliates box.
Must have at least 4 editable buttons with rollover.
Must contain web 2.0.
A editable footer.
A psd for the header.
Optional: Fluid width and height.
