request : can i use vietnamese language in my wordpress blog?

Dear supporter !
I come from Viet Nam,and a newbie blogger.Recently,i had tried many free hosting but just with x10hosting,i feel very comfortable(i had tested and received many good feedback from many forums).

Now,I'm using Wordpress as CMS in my blog.So when i decided use you host,i had read again your TOS:"3. Languages.At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended."

I had a little disappointed,but after thought and searched on google for a solution,i decide create a request for use vietnamese language in my blog.
Do i break your rules or there had any solution for my problem.I can write english in my blog but it become difficult for my web visitor,they are vietnamese and i want sharing in my blog by use vietnamese language.

Please help me.

You can have any language you want as main language on a free account, as long as there at all times is a full translation into one of the allowed languages available.
The allowed languages are: English, Spanish and French
Note that using automated on the fly translation services such as, but not limited to, Google translate will also be disallowed

Sorry,because i still have a little confuse.Just once more question!

I had found some wordpress's plugin like (note :they are free):

and they using : Google Translation Engine .

Do you mean: i can't use them like a widget translation engines in my blog and i must use both languages:Vietnamese and the allowed languages <English, Spanish and French> per each article.
OR can i use mutual between Vietnamese and the allowed languages <English, Spanish and French> for different articles?

You need to provide a translation to one of the allowed languages for all content on your site (so, to answer your question, per each article). You are not allowed to use anything automated to do this (such as Google Translate) as stated earlier.
