My free hosting account got suspended for inactivity about a day or two before the servers went down. Would it be possible if my account (http://acorp123.x10hosting.com) was unsuspended?

Thanks.

Hello,

I have restored your account from our backups, can you please confirm with us that all your files are intact and everything is working before we close this thread?

If you have any issues please let us know. Also you will still show suspended in the account panel until we sync our back end.

Thanks. I can't check now, because I am on my iPod, but I will be able to check in about two and a half hours, and then I will be able to post a reply whether or not everything is back.

Sorry, after my last post, I fell asleep.

There are a few things wrong at the moment. Currently, in cPanel, it says that I am using 104.5 / ∞ MB, when I know that I used to have 1024MB (1GB).

A second thing is that when I go to http://acorp123.x10hosting.com/wordpress/, I get a message saying that there was an error establishing a connection to the database, and I have already checked, and the SQL database still exists in my account.

They are the only problems that I have found.

Hello,

The un-metered space you're seeing now is part of our new free hosting plans. It's not an error. More of a feature i'd like to hope. ;)

As for the MySQL database, i've fixed it for you. Just had to re-create the MySQL user and re-add it with the correct privileges.
