Request for an increase in disk space

I should appreciate it if you could increase the disk space associated with my account.

Been a month now and no response - would like to double the disk space.

With the account hidden behind a password-logon, we aren't able to verify that a legitimate site exists and can't upgrade the disk space as a result. Looking at the files directly however indicates the account is being used primarily for picture galleries; it's worth noting that the disk space could be increased once the password-logon is removed, but our Terms of Service does still limit image/video galleries to 500mb of space:

Personal galleries are limited to 500MB of disk space for images and videos.

Even if the space itself were increased, you would still only have 500mb usable for the galleries.
