Request for change to Advance PHP

I'm using wordpress & need my plugins to be auto installed. But when I try to do, it gives an error message saying...

Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/abhisek/public_html/developa2z/blog/wp-content/plugins/pluginstaller/uninstall.php71

Please change my PHP version to "Advanced".Currently, I'm using "Intermediate" version.

You will need to log into account management panel and request the "advanced" php version. We rarely give that version out due to security reasons. You will have to prove you truly need it.

What type of proof should I give?

What PHP commands you are needing, what they will be used for, why they need to be used ( and not just commented out ) ... Just saying "Well, I need this command" and not being able to explain why will probably get it denied.

I need "exec()" in PHP because...
I use "Wordpress" as my blogging platform. And in Wordpress, I use a plugin named "PlugInstaller". It has a feature to directly download a plugin from the website and keep it in my wordpress's plugins folder. This feature to be functional, needs the exec() in PHP.

E.g. I go to the Wordpress.org plugins page & copy the url of the plugin which I want to be downloaded. Then I paste it in the textbox of "PluginInstaller". Now, after I click on GO button, it downloads the plugin from the Wordpress plugin page to my Wordpress's plugin directory. Later, I can activate or deactivate the plugin.

Hence, I want exec() in PHP due to the above stated reason.
