We can increase your disk space an unlimited number of times but the account must be following the acceptable use policy as well as the terms of service in terms of hosting storage.

Could I have my disk space updated to unlimited please? Wordpress would not allow me to install my subdomain due to running out of memory.

I don’t think they’ll provide you with an unlimited upgrade but I think they will double your current.
