Request For Enabling Shell_exec()

Hi, I am currently getting blank pages on my Smf forum and I have been told that this is because my hosting provider probably disabled the shell_exec() function.

I have also been told that to enable this function, I need to remove it from the "disable_functions" in my php.ini file. I have looked in file manager and can't find that file.

Can a staff kindly do this for me as I am loosing visitors due to blank pages.

I see, but how do I fix my blank page issue?, because I don't see any point in securing an inaccessible site.

Ok, I think I found a fix for this, but i'm going to need a staff to edit one of my files for me (*please*).

I've tried commenting out that part but I don't think I did it correctly. Please someone help correct it.

You are able to edit every file on your account. If you find you are incapable of correcting this issue yourself, ask on the SMF forums for assistance or use a different forum package.
