Request for function putenv() to be back (Urgent!)

A few days ago, I requested for the function putenv() to be back which it did. However, I found out that its blacklisted again today. Can someone please help me with this problem?

Hi, can someone help us unban the function putenv()? Or if possible, allow us to have access to php v3. This is a large scale international project which is due for our boss's review tomorrow. We need the gallery back urgently by today. Please reply soon. Thanks!
