Your account cannot be unsuspended, as you have violated the ToS, so your account has been permanently suspended. You will not be able to recover any data on your account. It will automatically be deleted after 14 days.

To clarify, it wasn't using a proxy to log into your hosting account that was the issue.

It was you HOSTING a proxy on your hosting account.
