I tried to sign up for free hosting this afternoon and several hours later I logged in to see that my request had been deleted. I attempted to try and request hosting again and the system returned that I was attempting to register multiple times ... not sure why my account request was deleted initially. When I clicked on request ticket for support it said to check the news section for the server() that I was assigned? Not sure who to contact and what information to furnish. Anyone could help, thanks.
