Dear Support Team,

Good day.

I am writing regarding the restriction placed on my account due to the detection of multiple accounts under the same person.

I would like to clarify that the accounts associated with me are intentionally created and managed by me for work-related purposes. I use separate accounts to handle different responsibilities, projects, and panels, which helps me maintain organization and proper workflow separation.

The domains I need to access and manage for my work include:

  • xenoandfordpanel.x10.mx
  • echohaxxpanel.x10.mx
  • akrishapanelvip.x10.mx
These are part of my ongoing projects, and I may require additional domains in the future as my work expands. My intention is purely professional, and there was no attempt to abuse the system, bypass restrictions, or violate community policies.

If the platform strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy, I respectfully request special consideration or guidance on how I may continue managing multiple domains for work purposes without violating the rules. If there is a business option, upgrade plan, or verification process that would allow this, I am fully willing to comply.

I am prepared to verify my identity, provide additional details, or follow any procedures required to regularize my accounts properly.

There will not be an exception as the policy defined in terms of service stipulate one account per person. I have forwarded this over to an admin to further review.

Going forward you can add the domains to your existing service as the free plan allows for 3 total domains to be associated with your service.

Your account is not blocked only because of the accounts but rather for actual software issues that do not allign with our TOS/AUP. We can also not allow access to multi accounts as you are requesting.
