I would like to request for the unlimited option on my hosting please?

There's no hosting account attached to the forum account you are posting from. The request would need to come from the linked account.

If you don't know what the linked forum account is, login to your account at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login, then once you are logged into cPanelclick "Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will reveal the autoamtically created and linked forum account, password for that would be the same as you use to login to the account.

I have upgraded your account to the unmetered option, you should see this reflected shortly.

Keep in mind that there are still some restrictions as outlined in the ToS, check through that if you haven't already.
