Hello. I am from Bulgaria and I want to signup but my country is banned. Can you temporarily lift the restriction and allow me to signup?

Unfortunately at this time if your country remains blocked, we cannot manually create the account for you. The best I can advise would be to check back later and see if Bulgaria gets whitelisted/high-risk'd again, although since we just expanded the list there's no real ETA for when/if this would happen.
