disk increase requirements:
- your account must be at least 7 days old and follows the terms and conditions.
- you must be using at least 75% of your current space.
- all files must be used your website and not for storage of files.
- delete any temp or backup files on your account.
- photo galleries can only be 500 mb and do not qualify for an upgrade.
staff will need to review your website before determining if you qualify

The site meets all the requirements. I created a WordPress mu site to host sites for WordPress projects. Staff can review site.
I have had to removed necessary plugins and low image quality to get the load for my client.
Am using 80 % disk space. It was at 90 % but I removed WordPress plugins I need to add clients photos.
