Hello team,
I would like to request a review regarding my account being suspended with the message “Network Blocklisted – A VPN, TOR, or other technology was detected.”
My error code is EFCCB474095F370F6.
I understand that this issue can occur when suspicious network activity or VPN usage is detected. However, I believe this suspension may be a mistake in my case.
I am not using any VPN, proxy, TOR, or network-masking tools when accessing the service. My connection is from a normal home network, and I have already restarted my router and ensured that no privacy tools or VPN software are active.
I kindly ask the support team to review my case and remove the block if possible.
If there is any additional information needed to verify my activity or confirm my network, I will be happy to provide it.
