Hello x10Hosting Team,

I am using the free hosting plan and my website is working fine, but I do not have the SSL (HTTPS) option in my control panel.

Please enable the free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for my subdomain:

Domain: tgbot.elementfx.com

I just need the SSL certificate to secure my bot webhook for Telegram.

Thank you very much for your help!

Your service already has SSL enabled and should be under the account manager > SSL certs

If you’re looking to move to a vibrant city with rich history and culture, finding the right place to live is essential. For those searching in the area, Apartments for rent in Athens offer a variety of options, from modern city-center flats to cozy neighborhoods near historical sites. It’s important to consider factors like proximity to public transport, amenities, and local attractions. Researching listings, reading reviews, and visiting potential apartments can help ensure you find a space that fits your lifestyle and budget. With the right approach, securing a great apartment in Athens can be smooth and rewarding.
Hello,

If you’re on the free x10Hosting plan, SSL (HTTPS) may not be automatically available in the control panel. To secure your subdomain for your Telegram bot webhook, you can request the free Let’s Encrypt SSL through x10Hosting support. Provide them with your subdomain (tgbot.elementfx.com) and ask them to enable the certificate.

Alternatively, if the control panel doesn’t allow it, you could manually install a Let’s Encrypt SSL using cPanel or a compatible ACME client, if your plan supports it. Once installed, your subdomain will work over HTTPS and secure your webhook.

A newcomer with a similar question found this topic and is asking for help.
The domain does not yet have an SSL certificate,
but in the account's "SSL Certificates" section, I activated the "Force SSL" option and saved the changes.
This switched the site to https://vhippel.x10.network.
After that, I clicked on "Disable SSL". Unfortunately, all your SSL options have now disappeared from my account.
Under "SSL Certificates" it says:
SSL options could not be loaded. SSL is not enabled for this domain. -
My goal is to install a Let's Encrypt certificate.
My question: How do I restore your original SSL options? I don't have a backup, by the way.
I found no suggestions for a solution in the knowledge database.
Hoping for help,

In Hosting Control Panel:

Account Manager > Domain Setup > Click on vhippel.x10.network > Check the box for Secure SSL > Modify

Account Manager > SSL Certificates > Get automatic certificate from ACME Provider
