You do currently have two fairly large backups stored on the account.
It's acceptable that the latest is being kept in the account, but backups would be of best use stored offsite (if something happens to the account, backups would be gone if you store them in the account).
Removing one of the backups (they are roughly 100mb each) puts you below the 75 % usage that is one of the requirements for increase.
