Request to install MagickWand

I need the MagickWand php extension in order to access ImageMagick. Would it be possible to get this installed?

What do you need the extension for? What are your reasons for needing it? We have found that most people are trying to use it for Image hosting.

Which we don't allow as it is a violation of the terms of service.

I need to use the montage command to combine multiple images on the fly.

Could please provide a detailed explanation. We tend to not install an extension unless it is widely used. The reason is it requires Apache to be recompiled.

You are more then welcome to create a Poll. If we find that there are enough users who are wanting to use it we will then we will look into installing that extension.

Otherwise it would be a waste and just slow PHP down.

I am creating a virtual book with javascript. I need to upload a pdf, and then convert each page into an image to me combined in the format that my js needs with the montage command. I will start a poll.
