Request to remove hosting limitations

Hi there,

My account is well over a month old. I'd like to have my limitations removed, please. I currently only have an index.html page up at the moment, because Softaculous is not working. At the moment, I don't have the time to hard code HTML pages. (Manually write pages in HTML). Thanks.

If you only have that page up in your hosting account, then you do not fit 2 of the 3 requirements to remove the limitations. I have bolded the ones you need to fulfill in order to upgrade your account:

Unmetered Requirements
- Account must be one week old
- You must be using at least 500MB of your storage space
- You must have a working website online that falls inline with our terms of service

Until you fulfill all 3 requirements, your account will stay as it is. When you do fulfill all 3 requirements, then you can re-request the removal of limitations.
