Request to remove my domain from a terminated service.

Hello, due to travel I was unable to access my control panel and the service was "Terminated". I tried creating another service and redoing everything, but when creating the service and specifying my domain, I receive an error message saying that another user is using the specified domain! Would it be possible to remove the domain "LABEXTRAD.NET.BR" from the terminated service so that I can create a new service? Thank you in advance and sorry for the inconvenience!

Your service was actually NOT terminated due to a system bug.

Therefore, instead of clearing this we have simply restored your access to your existing service. You should now see this listed as active and accessible via your client dashboard.
