Dear x10Hosting Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
My account (username: [Your x10 Username]) with the subdomain 100.x10.mx appears to have been restricted or suspended recently. I’m writing to kindly request a review, as this action may have resulted from a misunderstanding.
I would like to clarify that I have not engaged in any activity that violates x10Hosting’s terms of service. My sole intention was to enable Cloudflare’s free CDN and DDoS protection to improve loading speed and global accessibility for my personal website hosted on your platform. The site contains only static content (e.g., a personal blog or portfolio) and is used for non-commercial, educational purposes.
To set up CDN acceleration, I only modified DNS records (such as A or CNAME records) in accordance with standard practices. I did not run proxies, email relays, cryptocurrency miners, bots, or any high-risk services. All content remains compliant and hosted entirely on x10Hosting’s infrastructure.
If my DNS configuration triggered an automated security alert, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and am happy to adjust my settings as needed.
Could you please investigate my account activity and, if no policy violations are found, restore normal access to 100.x10.mx?
Thank you very much for your time and understanding. I greatly appreciate your support.
Best regards,

Please follow unsuspension request guidelines.

The account panel https://x10hosting.com/panel informs you of the reason for the suspension.

Also, the free subdomains are not compatible with Cloudflare. Under standard DNS convention, it doesn't work that way,

Hi x10Hosting team,
I sincerely apologize for changing the DNS settings on my free subdomain. I now understand it’s not allowed, and I deeply regret my mistake.
There’s important project data in my account that I can’t afford to lose—losing it would really hurt me financially and academically.
I promise it won’t happen again. If you could please restore access, I’d be incredibly grateful.
Thank you for your time and kindness.

"Status Suspended This service is suspended: Prohibited term in domain name 100proxy.filegear-sg.me "
I just saw the suspension notice and now fully understand why my account was suspended: the domain 100proxy.filegear-sg.me contains the word “proxy,” which is a prohibited term. I’m truly sorry — that name was just something I came up with on the spot without thinking it through. It was never meant to be used for any proxy or forwarding service; it’s just a placeholder for a personal website I was planning to build.
I completely respect your policies, and I take full responsibility for the oversight. If you’d prefer me to remove that domain entirely, I’m happy to do so right away—no problem at all.
Also, I’ll immediately revert all DNS settings back to your original nameservers (ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com) and remove any Cloudflare CDN configurations. Everything will be restored exactly as it was before.
Most importantly, there’s some important database content in my account that I really can’t afford to lose. I’d be incredibly grateful if you could consider lifting the suspension.
Thank you so much for your time and help—I really appreciate it.
