I allowed an account that was previously opened for several weeks to lapse whilst on holiday (my fault - didn't realise I had to log in to keep account live)
Signed up again (using same email) and have been trying to recover Wordpress website using a backup stored on Google's cloud. It's failing because it runs out of space. Therefore please could I request unmetered diskspace
Also, although most of the website is restored (less images) and I can login to WP etc. the default page will not load - it gets redirected to cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi (N.B. all other pages load, without images due to failed restore)
I read some of the support articles which say this can happen after a DNS change and you just need to be patient - however it's >48 hours since I (re)created the account
Appreciate that this is free hosting, but would be great to get some support to get me back where i was before the account was closed down. Hopefully this is correct way to request support
