I can log in and see the forums but I can't get the hosting to activate. All the request emails aren't getting sent. What can I do?

Please check your spam folder and make sure that x10hosting.com is white-listed in your email provider. There is no pending hosting account showing in your details and your email hasn't been confirmed in your account panel. Please do try and sign up again.

I forgot to mention that I did that already. It's not getting caught in the att.net spam folder or the spam folder where I have that forwarding to in gmail. It seems to be just getting lost somewhere. ??? I'll make the request email again (this would be in the range of the 5th time now.)
