Requesting Access to mail()

I would like to be able to use the mail() function in order to do registrations on my site, www.highscorecentral.com. I am on the ad-free server and am aware that it is disabled but I read that corey may be doing it on a per user basis.

That PHP 'per user' thing should be working by this weekend or early next week. We're working on a few minor issues with it before we start to use it.
